Starship Troopers is A BOOK! By Robert Heinlein. And it is one of the best books ever written, not only as an s-f novel but in general, for S-F is a (great) vehicle for some deep philosophical and political questions, very relevant to the subject of the debate. Also Heinlein invented power armour in the same book. How cool is that? BTW the movie is great too, IMO.

Yeah I agree he could've argued it much better and probably could've won, but changing the debate subject was just dumb
