#1: NYU (Abu Dhabi) Professor Steals Student Classwork

Last month, Political Analysis, the top field journal in political methodology, published a correction:

Dr. Aaron Kaufman, Associate Professor of Political Science, NYU Abu Dhabi, published a “joint class project” completed by two of his students as his own solo paper in this journal. The correction “acknowledges their foundational contribution to the development of the ideas and methods.”

The correction does not add either student as a coauthor. Nor does it explain how a joint student project became Kaufman’s solo-authored publication, or why it took approximately three years to correct.

I have now received word that Dr. Anna Du, one of the paper mill’s ringleaders, is under investigation by both her primary employer (Edinburgh Napier University) as well as by the University of Cambridge, whom she uses as her main and, in fact, only affiliation when trading manuscripts as an Elsevier editor:

Statement from a University of Cambridge spokesperson:

“We have undertaken enquiries in the University and we have not received this complaint before. Anna Min Du is not employed by the University of Cambridge. We are reviewing this matter.”

Statement from a Edinburgh Napier University spokesperson (he/him):

“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into it.”

This comes despite Northwestern being home to the Melville J. Herskovits Library of African Studies, the “largest Africana collection in existence.”

In other words, Northwestern spent nearly 80 years building the world’s premier institutions for African scholarship, only to now dismantle it to appease Trump.

#5: Administrator Bloodbath at Harvard FAS

My YouTube channel is still going strong, I have now published 12 videos and gotten this many views on each: 2k, 170k, 7k, 23k, 1k, 4k, 1k, 65k, 4k, 4k, 14k, 10k.

The average is 25k per video. I’m thrilled.

I published this video last week, “Harvard’s PhD Bloodbath”:

After publishing it, Harvard then announced that they were laying off more than 30% of administrators at their Faculty of Arts and Sciences:
