This is so disturbing….also for people saying there were “marginal asbestos cases” that doesn’t mean these people didn’t suffer health consequences or deserve settlements that our due process system already promised them. Furthermore, the bar should be set extremely high when you expose people to toxins without informed consent to deter future violations in health and safety.
