As always with Trump policy something good is accompanied by something stupidly pointlessly snarky. “Hee hee we are going to make you fancy eggheads run a trade school” is pure “dance monkey dance”. Would make sense to give the federal mandate and money for that to actually existing trade schools that know what they are doing.
Gen Z never had a traditional liberal arts education. That was ended by the Baby Boomers 40 years ago.
